I'm always on the lookout for small sewing and fabric supply business with quality product. Studio Bernina has quickly become one of my two go-to fabric suppliers. I've only been able to make online or phone purchases, but each has gone smoothly and the employees and owner are able to answer any questions I have. Shipping is fast, so I can get working sooner. In addition, the owner adapts well to changing landscapes, especially during 2020. I would not have been able to keep up with mask making without their help.

I was quoted six weeks from the technician, back in May. After six weeks, I had to call and inquiry about my machine. And then I had to call to check up every time there after, about the progress. They had my Bernina for almost 8 months total. I understand that Bernina was slammed, the parts were on back order, but NO communication between them, unacceptable! No apologies offered eother.

I bought my Bernina 740 from this store four years ago as it gave me the best deal on my trade in. Since then I've my Bernina and my very old Pfaff serviced here regularly and I've been very satisfied. Besides being a fun place to visit and review the lovely fabrics and well stocked notions and supplies, the machine tech, Eli, is easy to talk with and always gives me back a machine in great shape ready to work hard for another year. I have great confidence in this store's ability to do high quality service and would buy here again if I'm ever lucky enough to get a long arm. I don't take many classes but the one I did take here was good.

Paid 300 for an embroidery class in March only to be told that my machine was too old to be able to attend the class. I was invited to attend a 1 hour class on thread and needles and instructed to keep an eye and any upcoming classes that I might be interested in taking but since I have no interest in quilting nothing had come up until a few days ago when I received an email about an basic sewing class so I replied to the email excited to finally take some type of long awaited sewing class only to find out that they’ve switched ownership and my 300 payment would not be honored.
