Clothes are stylish and well made. Sizing is true to size. I hit the clearance rack for tops, BOGO!! Can't beat the price. Their points program also makes the dollar stretch. Staff was extremely helpful!! Love shopping at stores like this!!

I have been a customer of Torrid for over 15 years. Today, was truly frustrating and disappointing. Your new policy of no dressing room access and not allowing to people to try something on is ridiculous. I had two coats put on hold, two different sizes I couldn’t try them on to find the right fit so I ended walking out with neither. Why is it ok for me to take something home, try it on, let it sit in my home until I can get back to the mall and then return it? There are a lot more unknown variables there verses me literally taking 30 seconds and try it on and have you steam it after.

My wife just started shopping here recently. They have a great selection of very nice looking clothes at reasonable prices. They have decent sales pretty often too which is nice.

I'm a lifelong customer of Torrid, but I really find this location's customer service to be lackluster. It's not that the sales people are downright rude; rather, they give off an impression that they'd rather not be bothered. When I asked a salesperson tonight where the high neck tops were, she replied, "They are mixed all in." How vague of a response. LB down the hall in the mall always helps a lot morr than that.
