I worked with Trinitas for more than 6 years and it was by far one of my best life experiences. No company is perfect, if they tell you they are... they are compensating. While Trinitas is not perfect they strive to be. While this may be on paper, this is also something that the senior leadership lives and breathes daily. The difference with Trinitas is that they actually do care. As a company they strive to be better, strive to build better teams, and work to accentuate both customers and teams. I highly recommend this company as a team member or a customer.

Such a fun place to work! Trinitas loves it's employees and treats up like family. Wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

I signed a lease on 12/18/18 in anticipation I would be attending KU this fall. Due to a medical condition, I was unable to return. I have been tryng to sublease my unit but have been unsuccessful. I have reached out to the complex manager numerous times in the past couple of weeks regarding charges I should not be charged for since the unit is empty and will remain empty until I find a tenant. 1. I am being charged 12.95 per month for renters insurance for an empty apartment. The complex manager and indicated she would reverse the 2 fees and halt all future charges but nothing has been done. 2. I am currently being charged a service for utilities which should not be charged to me since the apartment is empty and I have not authorized any utilities to be turned on in the unit. 3. I am being charged a redecoration fee for new construction that I am not living in. I should not be charged this fee since the apartment will be empty for the entire year. I finally subleased the empty apt. and Trinity is delaying my refund. Poor customer service and horrible tenant experience.

I used to live at The Village at Muller Park four years ago, and suddenly, this summer out of no where, this company pretended to be the company they sold (they sold The Village to another company two years ago) by using their old leasing email, and claimed I had an unpaid bill and were going to send it to collections. I called The Village and emailed, and they told me not to respond to that email because it didn't belong to them, so I assumed it was a scam. Fast forward to today, and I got a call from a collection agency saying I owed over 200 to Trinitas because of damages. FOUR YEARS LATER, they tell me I should have received a report and is available on my resident portal (which I can no longer access). No calls, no emails, nothing. I also only rented a room, as did three others, and for some reason I am the only person they have listed as a primary member of the house, making me entirely responsible for the bill. This is a snake of a company apparently, and they are literally even charging me to replace a light bulb and a single blind... the definition of wear and tear. If you find out one of the buildings you want to live in is owned by this company, I'd advise against it, and also if you are in a situation like me, I suggest you lawyer up.

Trinitas Construction is a horrible company. At 735 W. Treadwell, Fayetteville, AR, we the residents of Summit Terrace had to navigate enormous potholes to get into our apartment complex., potholes made by Trinitas equipment as they construct a new complex. I sought out the Construction Forman and appealed to him to do the easy fix of dumping some dirt into the potholes and smoothing it out. With flowery wordes he assured me this would be done. Two weeks later this had not been done so I appealed to my city coucilman, the city engineer, and the landlord, explaining to them that we were rapidly approaching the point where we could not get into our parking area at all. Finally, Trinitas performed the easy fix to let us come in the less accessible back way, a fix that probably took 30 minutes. Finally, two weeks after that they have been forced to make the front way accessbile by bringing in a little dirt and gravel and smoothing it out. I hope they consider residents of the properties they manage more than they consider the people living next to their construction sites.
