Overall my experience was really good. I'm giving it 4 stars because I felt the waiting area had limited seating , especially during this pandemic. There were 4 other customers waiting and it was a uncomfortable. I really liked the fact that the master Volvo mechanic Levi spent some time with me going through my car and the issues I brought it in for. Levi went above and beyond to make me feel less concerned of my car having issues and that it was a common problem Volvo is aware of. It has always been important to me to have a talk to the technician/ mechanic who worked on my vehicle before and after the work is completed.
