Called to get tank refilled came as promised yesterday.. My fireplaces were working fine and the tank was not empty prior to the service call. After the service call, the fireplace will not stay lit contacted Blossman this morning and advised that a tech would cost 90 and no one available until December 23rd. The person on the phone stated \couldn't be our fault\ ... working before you showed up not working when you leave. Blossmon, take some responsibility. Long story short I don't recommend their services GO ELSEWHERE!
