I went in to have a key made and an additional fob programmed. Except for the fact that I was redirected 3 times until a young man in parts apologized and walked me to another lovely man that was able to help me...it was a good experience. Wait... they forgot to put my key in the fob. I guess he was hungry, he went to lunch and ANOTHER sweet man followed through for me and sent me on my way. The good news is all of this only took 30 minutes!

We contacted one sales consultant at Kia about a preowned vehicle. It was not on the lot but was told it was available. I expressed interest in the vehicle and was handed off to another sales agent. I was in contact one day with this sales consultant who was trying to track down both vehicles which were listed on the website but not available to view because they were being used by both owners spouses at the time. I inquired about both and 5 days later, I still have received no response or a return call from the sales manager whom I left a message with a week ago. We decided to carry our business elsewhere.
