Have been having issues for WEEKS. Called support constantly and even though they say everything is working fine I have to reboot my internet multiple times a day and can't go 45 minutes without being disconnected. They still call me regularly asking if I want to join their streaming service. They cant get my internet fixed, do they REALLY expect me to give them more money?!

Can't ever get anyone to answer the phone! Terrible customer service.....
Over priced and my service cost went up out the blue several times this was when I live in a complex that only allowed charter services. I had friends that paid less(didn’t live in my complex) than I did but because my complex wouldn’t let their tenants get any other service charter/spectrum charged us what they want to. I had basic service paying almost 100 a month
