So staples is no longer customer friendly!!! They want even send a fax for you. Why do you have a fax machine if you don't send faxes. It would take less than a minute to dial a number. But they want you to go to this \self serve\ machine, get a card to put in a fax machine. Go to the fax machine and put this card in there. Then send the fax. Ok, that is just to many steps when the employee could take the number, dial the number, wait on another customer while waiting on a confirmation number. Less than a minute verse go here go there. What ever. I'll just find a place like the ups store that is more customer friendly from here on. I was going to shop while they did this but they want be getting anymore of my money. Just plain CRAZY!!!!!

They have a nice selection of products, but they seem overpriced. Customer service is horrible. You aren’t greeted when you when you walk in or offered any help.

They have some good materials for office and business Also they have some fir schools and colleges. They have some furnitures for desk and something that you want for home. They have computers and iPads and some small electronics.
