HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Could not say more about my great service experience. Firstly, I received a prompt phone call back to my message. (unlike another company). I described my issue, they asked for pictures of my set up. I asked for the costs of potential repair and they provided. When Luke arrived - which was right on time- he answered all my questions, showed me the issue (simple one) and fixed the fireplace w/in 15 minutes, no new parts needed. I cannot say enough about what a pleasant and hassle free experience this was.

We have moved to California few months ago and our old outdated fireplace needed a major face lift. We found and hired Luke to do the entire update and we couldn't be more pleased. We went with new glass enclosure and new gas log set which looks amazingly realistic. The entire process was so easy and smooth. The installation process was clean and swift.
