Coach Ali is a good man. From my experience here, I can tell this place is a very positive community. I was well received while vacationing here and was treated very good. Ali had no issues with me dropping in from another gym, from another state. I can tell this is a coach that wants to help people. If I had to recommend a gym in the OC area, it would be this one!

Extremely Clean Facility, Top Notch Coaching, and Great Equipment! Checked out a few other local places prior to signing up however the coaching was just not all there along with dirty facilities. Also alot of places nowadays tend to call it a \martial arts academy or studio\ however it's just cross fit infused with some kicking and punching and that just doesn't cut it in my opinion. This place is the real deal, coaches are very patient and really take the time to show you the true fundamentals of this sport. They offer Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, and wrestling. Definitely looking forward in taking part in all 3! Thanks again Coach Ali & Coach Kash!

Found FTCC OC online trying to get a training session in while traveling for work. Ali was the best, super positive cool guy. Totally can tell that he has 25 years of experience. I have been doing Muai Thai for a long time, and Ali showed me some new moves and techniques that I will continue using at my regular gym in San Diego. The facility is kept very clean and the equipment is first class. I will definitely be back when I have to visit OC for work. Thank you Ali!
