Grateful for this boss frog location! The employee on hand was very helpful. Helped me secure a better helicopter ride and volcano bike tour than I could find online and for much cheaper! He also had some helpful tips. Worth your while if you’re looking for some adventure in Maui.

My son and I went to Maui the 3rd week in July 2019 we stopped at Boss Frogs to rent Snorkel gear, it was clean and good quality and well priced rental stuff.Shane helped us. He was very kind and chatted with us about what to do, he related well with what excursions my 18yr old son requested, surf lessons, snorkel, zip line. I'm in my mid 50's and also did all of the activities with my son. We were not sure where to start and Shane took the time to set up all our excursions to suit our age gap. And he was so very helpful in planning our week. We even went back to him to purchase our one last excursion because of how easy he made it for us by him setting everything up. And the shop has a great selection of gifts, my son purchased his souvenirs there for his friends. We give Shane a 10 for his service and kindness. He is an asset to this company. I highly recommend you stop in and ask for Shane to assist you... Thank you Shane for all of your help. Your assistance made our mother son trip very memorable.

The equipment for boss frog‘s is mediocre. The customer service really needs some help! I absolutely love snorkeling in Hawaii but it still painful to go and rent from boss frog‘s UPDATE - Based on the response below from the owners, this illustrates my point perfectly. They have all the potential in the world, but they are lazy and not applying it. They could have shared a lot of great tips, but don't. Bottom line, this is a training issue with its employees. Organization is tremendously poised for something great, but the leadership needs to invest into better training and company culture. Lazy employees reflect lazy leadership.

Christine was hands down the best person during my trip to Maui for getting good deals on activities. She got us a great deal on a helicopter tour and she was just the nicest person! Wish I had found her on the first day of my Maui vacation!

Equipment rental is so easy, and much cheaper than some of the other places we looked at near the beaches. Christine was super helpful in getting us fixed up with snorkel gear, and gave us some really great advice on where the best snorkeling is! Highly recommend to visitors in the Napili/Lahaina area.
