Begin your endless summer with Maui Surf Culture! We had such a great time in February that we came back in March to surf again. Our thanks to the ohana at Maui Surf Culture who helped us with everything we needed. If you want to learn how to surf and have fun every step of the way call these people to begin your endless summer. We did!

This is the best surf lesson you can get in all Hawaii islands. If you’re not in Maui, it really worth it to fly to Maui just to take this amazing lesson! Staff is super friendly, the school is run by locals that have been surfing here for generations. This is true Hawaiian surf, they are more interested in teaching you how to surf, than in your money. They really embrace the Aloha spirit, they’ll teach you surf with unconditional love. No hesitation, go for it!

My family rented boards from Maui Surf Culture and the crew & service was awesome. Great selection of long and short boards. They also included beach chairs and an umbrella. Plus they allow customers to swap boards throughout the day/week. The shop feels like a local clubhouse with a cool vibe. But the best thing is the two brothers- Kihe is the man!

I couldn’t have higher praise for these guys! Not only did they make things super easy for us by bringing the boards to and from the beach, they took great pictures and even flew a drone over us for some cool videos. This places offers nothing but good vibes, good people, great knowledge and beautiful culture. We will be seeing them again on our next trip.

These guys are the best in the business. They have gear they let us borrow and an in-house photographer so we can relive our surf memories long after our lesson is over. By the end of the lesson, the guide had my daughter paddling into the wave by herself. I’m impressed with these guys beyond belief. The guides seem genuinely stoked to see people learning to surf. I highly recommend taking a lesson with Maui Surf and Culture!

I’m not one to post reviews, but extra kudos for this business. Super easy to rent surf, paddle and skim boards from them. They are well priced, and can put your rentals on any vehicle no need for roof rack or rails just straps they give you. Half the price of the companies that will drop off and pick up, and way more flexibility to take your boards wherever you want to play on different beaches. Great employees, so chill and helpful in sharing where to board for different skill levels. Patient with kids, teens and even the stodgy adults. Our resort had place to store boards so we didn’t have to drag up to our hotel room. Great way to get the most play for your money, the entire week cost what 2 hours at most resorts will cost you on the paddle boards alone. We definitely will be stopping there next time we are in Maui. ALOHA

This is the shop with the “Maui Surf Culture” flag out front. Came in late last minute trying to get a board to catch the last few waves at sunset, and they set me right up and had me on my way in no time! These guys and gals truly emulate what surf culture should look like. Kind, generous, always looking out for each other. Mahalo!

Great people! Super friendly! Location is a short walk to surf spot breakwall where they gave us advice on when and where to surf. We rented boards for a week and were able to try out multiple boards depending on conditions. Out in the line up you could always ask Jimmy the instructor for help-always a big smile and great laugh showing people how to have fun!
