If you are reading this then no need to keep searching. My wife and I have been to multiple islands and have done a ton of excursions and this was actually our favorite. The guys at RideSmart are awesome. They make sure you feel comfortable and set you up perfectly. It was my wife, myself and our 10 year old. We rented 2 bikes. My wife had her own and my son and I had a bike with a back seat (super cushioned) with a handle for him to hold. We rented for 4 hours and only used 6% of battery. We went all over (the guys will give you paths to take if your interested). We went up a hill side and had an amazing view. Then on private dirt roads along the coast to our now favorite beach on the island. It was amazing and we recommend this to everyone.

Great place to rent ebikes in Maui. Staff super friendly and helpful and the bikes were just what we were looking for to cruise around. We had a tandem and two single bikes and rode them to the big huge banyan tree and had lunch. Just enough time in our 2 hour rental to get there and back along a great coastal route. Would be a great alternative to a rental car too.
Great place. I bought an ebike from them last fall and love it so much just got another so my partner can keep up with me15-20mph up hills!
Was an amazing experience, very helpful and friendly person who helped us navigate the place with minimum travel on a main road. We got an E-tandem and it was our first time. After some basic tips and a test ride in the parking lot, we were escorted to a safe way to get to the route we selected with the guides help. Test it out, the battery was good for the whole day, we kept it between 200 and 400 and a few boosts to take off on a hill Will do it again!

Trust me. You won’t be sad you used this company. From my original phone call with Chanan to working with Clint—it was great! I called around to get different pricing too and RideSmart had some of the best prices. You won’t regret renting an e-bike either. Fun way to explore the island.
We rented electric bike from here. Service was just amazing! No doubt. We paid some 40 bucks for 2 hour ride.
