All I can do is share my story about my experience at the shop. I walked in with my wife and asked for suggestions about cleaners and defoggers for goggles that I already own and brought into the store with me. I had seen in the past how they let you spray your own goggles with a bottle that they have on hand. The lady behind the counter went a step beyond and gave me an entire bottle for free without even asking. It’s a solution that works to defog and clean my goggles. She was friendly, helpful, and made me want to come back. Right in this review is my way of saying thank you.

Best place ever! AMAZING service from Seneca! She was so great with helping us with each family members needs for equipment! She booked our sunset dinner cruise and advised us on all options that were open. We always come to this store when here in Maui!! Sarah was fantastic! She helped my husband and I get snorkel gear for the week and really cared about our comfort in the gear. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Love Snorkel Bob's, Jenna was sooo helpful and thoughtful. She totally worked for our benefit and was exceptional with her customer service. Had to wait outside because of Covid but was totally worth the wait. Would definitely recommend.
