I bought my fiancee's engagement ring and our wedding bands from Na Hoku. Both times, they were extremely helpful, though the engagement ring was a lot more work for them to get the particular diamond for a particular ring design. They have some very meaningful and beautiful designs, and they are very willing to go the extra mile to accommodate when they can.

Lina Rupp was very helpful and knowledgeable about jewelry. She helped me pick out some very nice earrings for my wife and two girls. I would recommend Lina to all my friends and family.

I bought a Koa wood watch from here and the knob opened up on me underwater. Bad luck but sometimes stuff happens. I took it back to the store to get it fixed and they sent it out. It comes with a three year warranty. To fix a battery driven movement they said it would be over half the cost of the watch. They sent it back to me way more damaged than I sent it in. One of the screws on the back is slightly stripped, the dial is so rusted it can't even be threaded back in, and the second hand is detached from it's mount. Do not ever buy a watch from Na Hoku. They don't stand by their product which is proof that they themselves have no pride in their work.
