Lake Area deserves all 5 stars and then some. Michelle assisted me with the sale and by far the most efficient sales rep I’ve dealt with through all the dealers across the US I’ve been on a search for before I bought this 2018 Axis T22. I’ve reached out to multiple dealers and everyone was slow, didn’t care to deal with an out of state buyer, didn’t think I was serious, etc. Michelle took me very serious and I was in a boat in less than a week. But wait, there’s more! All of their staff was very friendly and kind. Tom (I believe), took me out on the boat for a water test and he was very thorough and made sure I was confident in all of my questions as well as offering his help after I got back home. You can tell the staff here are passionate about what they do. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend.

If you need someone to serve your ski boat, this is the place to do it ! I had a check engine light on my boat since it was new, not even the dealer was able to fix it. Even though the light was on, it seemed to run fine, until at around year 5, when I felt one or more cylinders was not firing. Thom & the team at LakeAreaWater sports, spent a lot of time trying to find the source of the problem, they called PCM to troubleshoot and they came to the conclusion that it was the engine computer, and replaced it. At the same time, I had them replace my steering cable/spark plugs/impeller. My boat runs so good now! It feels and works like the first day I got it. I can move the steering wheel with my pinky finger, butter smooth. And the engine as so much more torque now ! In addition, they did not clean my boat, they totally detailed it ! I could not believe how clean it was ! Actually... I don't think my boat has ever been this clean in its whole life (and I clean it after every use normally). I need to know the secret sauce you guys used to get all those stains off the white vinyl & seadeck ! Thanks Lake Area Water Sports ! P.S. If you are towing your boat long distance, make sure your tires are not 5 years old like mine, I had one pop on the way back.
