Once it got sorted out everything was fine but even though the Website says you need to bring your own lock (and I made a special trip to go get one & opened it & distributed keys rendering it un-returnable) you actually have to buy a lock there from them. You’d think they would just add that in given the profit margin on storage. Also, I made arrangements online & the confirmation seemed like everything was all set. However, once I arrived they expected a copy of my insurance declaration page. I’m not sure was mentioned during the sign up process. The guy at the desk couldn’t have been more friendly especially considering he was dealing with a very annoyed me. The facility is very clean & now that these hiccups have been resolved it probably will be just fine.

Other than their rates being a little high and nearly any space to rent, they were easy to communicate with and very professional. I would use them if they had a space available.
