When I first decided to move to Lake Charles, I did alot of research and out of all the places I searched Advenir was the one that caught my eye. Da'rel was very kind and very patient, he took his time explaining things. Went above and beyond to make things comfortable for me and my family. He's definitely a keeper.

I had a wonderful experience when I went to speak with apartment manager Ashley!!! When I tell you 1st impressions are everything for me. There was a warm welcome and genuine interest and concern about my inquiring about an apartment!!! They went above and beyond and I am forever grateful! Very professional and a willingness to help! I would definitely recommend this complex and staff! ️

My wife and I were given a comprehensive tour of this property by your employee Mrs Ashley Aron and we were very impressed by her knowledge and professional approach. She was courteous to a fault and her knowledge base was impeccable to say the least. We had been expecting what one might describe as a “run of the mill” five minute generic tour with a ten minute sales pitch, generally lacking in substance. Our experience with Mrs. Aron was quite the opposite. After her very interesting tour, we are very satisfied. Her knowledge and experience left no stone unturned and no question unanswered. She was genuinely interested in our questions and her kindness and tact were very much appreciated. She made us feel that we would be renting from her instead of a company. Were it not unethical, my wife and I would try to lure Mrs. Aron from your Company and place her in a position of high responsibility and trust in the Company we are creating in the near future. I can not say enough good things about Ashley and her staff! They are so awesome and have been so accommodating since I moved here over a year ago! Ashley has really been extra helpful through both of these storms even while going thorough things herself! Another thing I like about Advenir is the maintenance staff! They are absolutely great and truly look out for the residents!

Michael you Maintenance Manager takes care of every issue in a very timely manner and in a very professional manner. You got gold in him. Your office team could learn from him especially the Community Manager .
