Took my son and we both got shrimp and black mussels. It came with one corn on the cob and two red potatoes. Plenty of shrimp and mussels. It was seasoned just right and we got butter and garlic for our seasoning. I would definitely recommend eating here if you are looking for a good little seafood restaurant. Very reasonable on prices too!

We didn't dine in since we were tired our first time or the second time. But the food we took home was delicious and both times my family and I were painfully full. I have never had seafood this good. I thought Red Lobster was good. Captain Crab completely surpasses them and the price is so good as well.

Very good food, I ordered 1 lb of garlic butter shrimp. Our sever was so friendly and our food came quick. I will come back for more soon.

Ok so1st off, this place is adorable. They have cute sea decor and a nice wood theme. Our server today was fantastic and i totally spaced on getting her name. It was Sunday, April 11th around 2pm and and believe she was working the floor alone. She was great and the food was even better. Steamed food comes out in a really big bag which is nice for plating & food interaction so definitely for that! Fried shrimp was great fries and Cole slaw also great. Will def be back. Only downside for those alcohol lovers is there is no bar but other than that they get a 5 from me!
I have been multiple times to Captain Crab. Every time we go the food is so fresh and hot. A couple of times were longer waits than normal, but everyone is short staffed right now. We will be back.
Outstanding Boiled Shrimp! The shrimp were perfectly deveined and easy to peel. This New Kid on the block is going to put a huge dent in the Old standard of Lake City, FL. This will be our new stop in town.
