Thank you Doug for going the extra mile. BrIan and I cannot thank you enough. He fixed our snowmobiles that were sub par and got them starting/ Turning like butter. He even came out when one of the keys got stuck and broke off in the ignition and fixed it on the spot. To top it all off the fan belt stopped working on the trail so we had to trailer it to his shop to fix and he fixed it over night so that we could go riding for our weekend trip. All while he was dealing with a family situation. I would recommend this shop 10 out of 10 to anyone who needs their toys fixed in lake city, Cadillac and the surrounding areas. Praying for your family and a speedy recovery. Thank you Doug for going above and beyond!!! We really appreciate you!

Clearly anyone giving a bad review doesn’t understand how it works with a sole proprietor. He is the only employee, so when he is saving someone’s as on the lake or taking a day off, there won’t be anyone to answer your urgent/important call. Doug is the best guy I know, and I’ve seen him fix just about anything when it didn’t look like it was possible.

Worst customer service! Doug the owner won’t answer your calls and doesn’t follow through on his promises. My family and I had a 3 day weekend planned and the main event was the boat that Doug promised would be ready to go. Unfortunately for our family he wouldn’t call us back to pick up the boat and we had to make new plans. He posted a handwritten note on the door the same day that he told us to pick the boat up stating that he would be closed for the day and would be available the next day. Fast forward to the next day, still no answer and still no boat. If I could give a zero I would. I highly recommend taking your boat to anyone but Doug.
