I ordered flowers for delivery for my mother's birthday. I checked to see if they had been delivered at 4 pm on the day they were to be delivered and they had not shown up. I called and was told they were running behind and they would be there in a half hour. We'll come 6pm they had not been delivered. I try and call no answer, can't leave a message due to box full. Overall not pleased with service when they had more than enough time to fullfil the order and deliver.
