Turning peoples water off during a pandemic and not waiving 75 re connection fees. The manager literally told me she has 52 re connections just this one day. That is over 4,000 in late disconnections fees you filthy POS are collecting in one day off the backs off people who cant even go to work to pay you. Id imagine this is a big part of your revenu and you should think about how you are profiting. Congratulations guys you really know how to kick a 5 year customer when they are down. I think I might call Fox 4 and blast you all over the news and social media.

I paid my bill through the drop box because they aren’t interacting with the public right now due to covid. I didn’t know they had already closed and I was immediately assessed a late fee even though my payment was submitted on the due date before the close of business hours! Absolutely absurd that during these difficult times for everyone they can’t waive a late fee like most others are doing. Extremely unhappy!

This municipal has unreasonable fees, customer service and horrible service. The tight billing cycles, online payment fees and unreasonable practices consistently frustrate me to no end. I would like to see changes here immediately for the peoples sake. This is not a profit generating company rather a municipality.. Citizens should unite towards change and to improve elected officials having authority for the water we drink and fairness and decency!!
