We've been using Wolter services for a home we purchased in Lake Dallas. We are currently out of state and haven't even met Mark in person, but he has been very responsive and attentive to our request for lawn service. His response to our requests have been timely and professional. In addition, he has taken the initiative to go above and beyond the norm to make sure our lawn is being cared for and watered correctly and has turned a lawn that had been neglected by the previous owner into one of the nicest on the block (according to my daughter who lives nearby). I had a great experience with Wolter service. The response time was quick, his prices were fair. He made sure that I understood what needed to be done. The work was performed quickly and my mower now works perfectly. I would recommend him.
I've had Wolter Service taking care of my lawn for going on five years now. Always punctual, dependable, and willing to work with me whenever I've had an issue paying. He took care of me when I lost my job, works with me when my current job occasionally creates scheduling conflicts between the two of us, and is all around just a good guy. I'd give him 10/5 stars if I could.
I used Wolter service for my tree stumps in my front yard. He contacted me quickly and was out to complete the work within 24 hours. He was very friendly and the rate was affordable. The job was completed above my expectations. I will be happy to use them again.
