Wow, impressed again with Blazing Glass! Great customer service that helped me pick exactly what color I wanted and extremely fast shipping. I ordered on a Monday morning and my fire glass was delivered by Tuesday evening. Faster than Amazon Prime, lol. It turns out we are super close!

The product was great, glad to work with a local company rather than a huge mega business. The communication on when the order could be expected could be improved. I had to follow up after 3 weeks to find out the expected ship date. In between there was NO communication. A few more updates would be good after the first input on knowing the order was RECEIVED. But the product itself was great, as expected and it ended up coming sooner than they said it would come. FANTASTIC!
