Pretty bad service. A confused company. They sell machines and parts but man, ask them for an instruction/owner's manual and they fall apart. The guy on the chat line said the manual is not available, and yet they still sell the machine. I've got 30 machines in my gym, but doubt I'll get more since they can't help after the sale. Try call them on the phone and that's a joke too.
