I wanted an alternative work out without strenuous movements. Looking for an activity that will improve my health and gentle with my joints. Found it! Tai Chi!!! Tai Chi is slow and gentle but knowing I had a good work out at the end. It helped me improved my flexibility, balance, working on my breathing techniques, and improved my memory too. ;-) Great time to unwind after a long days work with other enthusiastic students. They have many years of experienced instructors. They are very patient too. Excellent centralize location. Highly recommend.
