Andrew (Owner) and all other employees have always been reliable on producing excellent products. The company has the best LED efficiency Retrofit Kits and Fixtures. I personally have done many projects with Neptun and will continue to do so. Thank you for all the hard work! Keep up the great products.

Every bad review is spot on. No one returns calls or emails , heck even answers phones anymore. Does this company even still exist , take your lighting business elsewhere or you will regret it.

Our experience with this supplier has been unsatisfactory. It took almost 6 months to receive materials from them. Then we were shipped the incorrect fixture and sent a falsified invoice. The owner, Andrew, has been evasive, and rude and unwilling to remedy the situation. UPDATE We pre-paid for fixtures that were never shipped and they have not returned a single call, voicemail, email etc. No one answers the phones or emails. Andrew is ripping off customers and then avoiding them .

Horrible customer service... we have emailed and called Several times to get a problem situated..MANAGEMENT does not help either! This company is horrendous. They literally ignore our company phone calls and emails even though we are trying to get help for a RMA. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL! Company I worked for is \Generations Services\ for all invoices etc.
