I can't comment on the quality of actual services, as the communication was so poor that the appointment never even took place. This is my first one star review and I almost wasn't going to post it, however considering other people also may spend time commuting and not even have an appointment, I figured I should. My wife found OC Facial Care Center while searching for a place to get a chemical peel. The staff was very friendly and informative when explaining the process and options to get the results she wanted. The office is a calm and clean environment. She was very pleased with her first peel and Christine did an excellent job of walking her through it. The owner, Kate, reached out via text to check in on how her skin was feeling about a week after the peel. She will be going back for more treatments in the future. They offer the best facial in Orange County. The best peel, hydrafacial and waxing.
I had a little bit of congestion in my nose and some old acne scars from when I was a teenager. I wanted to find a place where I can go and get a regular facial monthly clear out those blackheads make my skin look more even and brighter. I also needed some products because I'm starting to get some wrinkles around my eyes. You know how it is when you're aging and I want to be proactive while also trying to help reduce what has been done. I don't know a whole lot about products or about the treatments before I walked in and I was really happy that they helped me and they guided me through so I know exactly what was happening. Lovely location. Offer the Best Hydrafacial and Facial in Orange County. They are super friendly and kind team. I trust then for their recommendations for my skin. They are fully trained and updated to the current skincare buzz. I highly recommend them for a monthly spa membership as well.It is worth it and pampering every month. You wont regret coming here. The OC Facial Center products are effective.
