First off, employees at this specific location were very nice, this is more a review of Prometric overall. Went in to take an exam on Nov. 20 at 8am. I arrived half hour early to find out they were having technical issues. They continued to have some issues, but told us multiple times that everyone will be able to take their exam. Fast forward to 9:30 I make it up to the front of the line, give them my information and they say my test isn't working and I need to reschedule. I had two exams scheduled for that day and I have yet to hear anything about how to retake it. I understand this is not specifically to the employees at this location, but it has been a nightmare dealing with Prometric and figuring out how to re-take my exam. Highly recommend other testing centers if at all possible after experiencing this customer service nightmare with Prometric.

I took my Step 1, 2CS and 3 at this facility. I love it's a small place and you can get in and out very easily. Since it's small they get you back in fast and there is not a line., therefore you can use those extra minutes taking a break. Highly recommend it!
It is shockingly loud inside the jointly used test taking room due to the incessant clickedy-clacking of the typing by those doing a GRE or some such exam comprising essay writing (quiet mac-type keyboards should be installed). I found it difficult to concentrate on the extraordinarily difficult USPTO Patent Bar exam I was taking. Credit to the staff who are great, except that test takers are guided into and out of the test room continuously throughout the individual exam periods. Once again quite disturbing to test takers.
Quite and good testing environment
Employees were loud and could be heard through the wall during my entire 5 hour test. Also they were constantly coming in and out and the door was loud. Very distracting. Don’t go here, take your test elsewhere!
