Everytime I would call, I would have a long wait (25-35 min) to make a maintenance payment. I spoke with Tae on Mon June 24, 2019 to make a complaint and he refused to give me the name of the supervisor on duty. After several requests, he told me that he would have a supervisor contact me. As a loyal customer, I should of been given this information when I requested it. I found him to be rude and unprofessional. I hope Michael spoke with him about this simple request that could of been resolved without having to waste my time requesting to speak with a supervisor about a service that is unacceptable to its customers.
