The views are going to be perfect fall colors in a week. It only a short drive. The paths are clear some work is needed for small children to enjoy all the paths. A great romantic lunch can be had. Many options to stop.

I loved, loved, loved this park! So big, the dogs can run and get really tired! There is not fence to protect them from going to the roads which scared me a little but if you go deep inside the park the roads get far enough so they don't try to go there. Lots of trees, beautiful view! It was pretty much empty, just another person came around with a dog. Great place that I will be visiting again!
Very nice and quiet walk but it's winter so I don't see any wildflower colors but it's good, nice trails
It's a great walk, lots of hills. We love going on the board walk and listen listening to the noises.
Well kept.. but should have overnight leave no trace tent camping spots.. It would be good for the outdoor beginner
