Customer service in the store itself was good. On the other hand I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER USING KAY TO HAVE YOUR JEWELRY REPAIRED, even small repairs!!! They have had my ring for a month and still is NOT finished!!! I will NEVER recommend this place or use them EVER again!

So I bumped up the 4 to 5 because of my visit today, I went in to do an exchange and purchase. Ring for earrings and it was just a great transaction. New Mgr and staff was awesome and really helped me in many ways. I was able to get out with just 1 call and 1 picture with there help. Ray the Mgr was attentive and encouraging when it came to pick out the earrings and made the exchange painless. I made out with 600 Kay Rewards and those are going to come in really nice this month for 1 birthday and a baptism gift. Thanks Ray and staff, see ya soon. The CSRs were patient and over 4 calls and multiple pictures , we were able to pick out the absolute best one. Only thing I was disappointed with was they didn't have any special , Mother's Day or plain wrapping options for both the necklace & very expensive ring. I hope my next trip in to cash in a lot of Kay Bucks. Great Job, they loved the gifts.
Jennifer and Sonia are amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable and really do an amazing job anytime I bring my jewelry in for inspection or want to buy anything.
I walked in and was greeted, I then walked around 5 mins, which ok that's cool.. then the lady came out from the back where I could hear conversation happening.. she apologized and sat down behind the counter and got on her phone to \text her boss\. now I'm starting to get a little irritated. I can tell this lady doesn't want to work... I asked for a watch battery and another watch to be sized. As expected she declined and said they dont have the correct tools as she watches her phone... best part. I WAS AT THE SAME LOCATION, JUST MONTHS AGO AND GOT THE SAME WATCH SIZED. so needless to say I am frustrated. I wish I would have gotten her name. I was just kinda stunned that she was so predictable. Thanks Key Jewelers
Went to pay bill n pick up jewelry. Coupon given in Feb 2020 before covid. Coupons expire today?? Pushy to make a purchase. I left n was told by sales person as I am leaving! Coupons won't be available anymore.
