I have never had worst customer service anywhere. First of all, the boat they gave us was falling apart. When we first when off, the staff had to try repeatedly to get the boat started. It finally took three of them to figure out what was wrong. When we pulled away from the pier and later stopped to swim, we couldn't get the boat started. It took us twenty minutes to get it started again and we had to keep stopping to restart because the engine was flooding. Because we couldn't get it started, we were twenty minutes late returning it and the manager was HORRIBLE. She was incredibly rude. When we tried to tell her about the boat problems, she began to yell and swear at us. I had my little brothers with us and this grown woman was having a temper tantrum. Then they charged us 70 for being 'late', even though we were almost stuck in the middle of the lake. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. THE WORST BOATING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

Love this place, come here when ever I have the chance. Growing up I came down here all the time with my family and always had a blast! I love the friendly service and awesome equipment. Hope to go back soon!!!
Rent it elsewhere. Boats are very old. Steering wheel is hard to turn. Radio (that doesn't have Bluetooth or aux cable) is not working half of the time. Handles have sharp edges. Tube that we rented from them teared and they didn't want to consider refunding. Really, there are many other places that rent decent boats.
Don't bother with this rental place. I've called three times, left a message, and emailed. I have not received a response of any kind. When we went to Lake Geneva at 327 Wrigley Drive, I asked the other boat rental places about Milligan's Island Rental. They said they were not familiar with it. Terrible customer service. Based on some of the other reviews, forget it.
i was not happy with the service . they weren't friendly . we told them that we might be a little late and they said that was ok and we would still get our 2 hours , when we got there they told us we have to bring the boat back before our 2 hours . when i said something to the manager and said this is what they had told us on the phone . she said that wasn't true and maybe we should just not go if this is how we where talking before we even rented the boat . i felt the boats where also not in the best shape , sometimes it would go fast and then sometimes it wouldn't go fast even if you put the throttle all the way down .
