Absolutely a thief !!! Gave Bob Picard a 5,000 deposit and struggled for almost a year chasing him down for a floor plan. In the end he wanted an astonishing amount of money for a 1 floor house plan!!!!! Beware of this guy!!! I have many emails to back this up...!!! I wouldn’t give him 1 Star....
