Best weekend ever, thanks to the guys working 9/30/2020 and 10/1/2020! Wyatt is AWESOME! He responded IMMEDIATELY when I called (multiple times) and was Johnny-On-The-Spot when we needed him. Best customer service I have ever experienced. Travis was so kind and helpful despite having to rescue us at the end of the day when we hit a little snafu. Dylan forgot to gas us up :) (that was not the snafu) but he was still great! These guys know how to run a business and generate returning customers! I will DEFINITELY bring my family here again BECAUSE of the experience they provided! Way to go, guys!

Rented two jetski's for an hour (70 for rental 3.28 a gallon of gas each), the guys and girls were very nice before and after, gave us an extra 10 min as well. Had a lot of fun rippin the waves!

This place is great! Barb and Reena made our rental experience very pleasant and simple. We rented a boat and a jet ski; both were very clean and in good condition. The staff at the dock was incredibly helpful, informative and super nice, a special thanks to Chuck and Ian for all the help, we can't wait to come back!

After having read a multitude of bad reviews about this company and just about every other company in Havasu I would like to offer some advice in dealing with all the claims of inflated or made up damage, fraud, etc. First, the operators of the rental company are not police. They cannot detain you for any reason, including a disagreement over charges. If you get into an argument over charges that THEY insist you must pay, and you do not, simply walk away get into your car and leave. They can then try and charge your credit card any amount they want it doesn't matter. You simply dispute the charge and they get NOTHING. Your credit card bank will most ALWAYS side with you and not the merchant. They will then either try to negotiate with you or receive a charge back on their merchant account. This is something they do not want as after a number of charge backs the merchant bank will close their account. So remember, don't let them intimidate. Don't sign anything. Simply say \I disagree with your charges and I'm going to let my credit card bank deal with it\ and then leave.

The people helping us at the end of the day were super unprofessional. Some people ran out of gas in the water and instead of helping them out they told them to get away from the dock. To top our experience with them they scammed our friend out of money by saying there was damage to the boat when there was no damage. I would highly recommend taking your money somewhere else..
