The staff is very friendly and helpful. The tech who does the mri and ct scans, is very polite, professional, and kind!! I would recommend this place to everyone.

I could not ask for a better place. It was my first time there and while trying to scheduale an appointment over the phone I was informed that they have to have order form on hand to schedule me. So I went in person instead of faxing and was taken the same day! they fit me right away, did all the paperwork (I had authorization number from insurance already). People were very nice , extremely helpful and professional. I'm extremely happy. would recommend it .

Was referred to CDI for a CT Scan. When I arrived reception was very pleasant. They were upfront regarding what my out-of-pocket would be before going back for the scan. The waiting room was pleasant, offering coffee while you wait. I really didn't wait long and the technician came to get me. She was very pleasant and informative. The scan was quick. She offered me a water and a snack and I received my paperwork and disk within 10 minutes. I thought the office staff was nice and the experience was better than expected. I would recommend CDI.

Turned me down for an appointment very rudely because I had a reaction to CT contrast at another location. There is no iodine in MRI contrast, not sure how they aren't aware of this as they are an MRI location. Receptionist was so short and irritated when I asked how they could say no to scheduling me. Would never ever consider calling there again.
