New Life Baptist Church This church is small enough to give you the feeling of family yet between [ of knowing Jesus Christ and their devotion to serving the community, on one's first visit they would experience the comfort from feeling accepted; that warm feeling of home, and, young or old, rich or poor, anyone can easily find a variety of ways in which they fit in. Their Pastor, Mark Woods, is an awesome preacher & teacher. He leads by example, one of those rare persons who's words match their actions. It's so refreshing to listen to a man who clearly believes wholeheartedly in what he's sharing each week. He speaks in a way everyone, educated or not, can understand. Personally, I love the excitement in his voice as he shares God's word along with his sense of humor. He, his wife & their children are a true blessing to the congregation. They are wise, kind-hearted, honest, generous and devoted to the Lord and this congregation. Many of the other members emulate Pastor Mark and assist with the younger believers and those going through difficult challenges or facing crisis, sharing their experience, wisdom & hope. I highly recommend checking out this wonderful church. I promise you'll be glad you did. Suzie Bell
