We had a terrible leak in our living room and NuGen did an incredible job of making the best out of a terrible situation. They managed the details with our insurance and made sure to keep the rest of our space as clean as possible. They went the extra mile to protect our home through the process and were incredibly responsive. A special thank you to Moises, Sabas and Justin! They were so friendly one of our dogs even tried to go home with them. Thank you!

Moises came to the rescue in North Carolina after hurricane Florance , my house had a ton of water damage. I first got a quote from servepro that was cheaper BUT servepro tech was a dumbass very unprofessional, moises came in very professional went over the entire house checked everything for moisture gave me a professional estimate, my wife and I hired him. He and his crew came in gutted our home in a reasonable time . They were a pleasure to do business with, I would highly recommend NU-GEN for all your clean up needs. Nu-Gen did mold remediation in the attic of the home I recently purchased. They were quick to get me on the schedule. Did a great job. Left no mess, and followed up with after photos. Thank you so much. Very happy now to move into my new home. I already recommended them to someone else.
Nu-gen deep cleaned my stairs and they did a phenomenal job! I was so impressed...walking into my home with clean stairs made such a huge difference that I couldn’t believe it was the same old carpeting I’ve always had. I highly recommend Nu-gen. Moi knows exactly what he is doing. He communicated all that we needed to know, was professional AND has great pricing.
We are 100% happy with the level of service we received with Nu-Gen. From start to finish everyone was very professional and they do FANTASTIC work and are priced right! We had a very tough tile/grout cleaning job and it was no issue for them to make our office look like new. I only wish I called them much sooner. Thank you for the great service!
