Dan was awesome and so easy to work with. He has a vast knowledge of the lake and watercraft. He was quick to respond anytime we had a question. Boat was great and we will rent from him again. I wouldn't want to go to the lake without one of his boats. We have rented from others in the past and this experience was our favorite. We had SO much fun. Thanks, Dan!

This past summer we connected with Dan Breneman and rented the "Green Hornet" pontoon .. the delivery and pickup were seamless and the boat performed flawlessly every day for 14 days. Dan stands behind his boats and makes sure they are in excellent operational condition... We just put a request in for the summer of 2020 for that same boat... its a beast! Thanks Dan for a hassle free boat!
Dan, owner of Lake Lure Boat Rentals, made the process of renting our pontoon boat for the week very easy and fun. He immediately showed us the ropes for operating the boat and gave us some great hints for enjoying the lake. When we lost an anchor he quickly replaced it. He provided service with a smile and a chuckle! I highly recommend this business.
We had a wonderful experience renting from Dan and Lake Lure Boat Rentals. He was responsive to all of our questions before our rental and when dropping off the boat, he provided great suggestions of how to best enjoy the lake. My daughters and husband loved the rope swing he directed us to! The boat was in good condition and we had so much fun we wanted to rent another day but he was booked!! Will definitely use Dan again when we return to Lake Lure.
Dan was extremely helpful in accommodating us on a last minute decision to rent a boat for the day. He had a last minute cancellation so everything worked out perfectly.
