Owner was a joy to work with. He explained to us and gave us documentation that explained what everyones responsibility was as an owner-builder. He helped us along the way giving us suggestions. He was always available to answer any questions by phone, in person, or by email. Our builder he suggested has been wonderful and has built our dream log cabin that my wife and I have save up for. The thought and care that he has put into our home is like no other builder we have dealt with. I would not hesitate to ask both to build a log cabin for us again. My wife and I highly recommend. ***I have to laugh on the negative review below stating that my review is not from an owner. If I'm not the owner of this beautiful log cabin then someone stole money from my bank account and I have been visiting and sleeping in someone's cabin without them knowing it, If anyone has any questions or concerns that this is a bogus post, you are more than welcome to contact me thru this and I would be more than happy to give you my recommendation on Lake Lure Log Homes and Cabins.

We have a beautiful Cabin built by Lake Lure Log Homes and Cabins. We checked with two other log cabin companies and found the best deal in Lake Lure. We had a budget provided and was able to make changes while it was being built. It was so nice to find a company in the town where we built. I highly recommend Them
I didn't have a problem with this log home company and recommend it completely. The builder I was introduced to and decided to contract with outside of the contracts I had with Rudy did a very fine job. Rudy has been a business a long time and has delt with mamy people, and saved those he worked with thousands of dollars. I doubt he would have been sucessful had he not had be fair and honest with others he has helped.
Extremely disappointed! The owner does a smoke and mirror show, indicating that he works side by side with the builder through the whole process. The reality is, he disappears immediately after he gets paid. The builder does the worst work i have ever seen. We are still in the process of our build and it has been a year and a half for a 1,100 sqft home. Stay away from them!
