What a great owner/service tech! Great commitment to solving the issue at hand without over charging the customer! He could of easily uncharged me as I am a widow and know nothing about pumps and wells. I will definitely call him back when we replace the pump!

Lost pump pressure, guy comes out with his service truck, finds problem, a lousy O ring and that failed from a hold down that broke, he could have up-sold me or what ever, but instead, did the little that was needed, fixed it perfect, and gave me a small bill, great to see good buisness being done! if your well pump isn't right, I think this is thee guy to call
