This is a Great Place for Anyone ! Beautiful Woods, Lake and activities for all ages. The best Pizza around in the little dock store or go up to the Lodge. Walk around in the Wonder of Nature. Wonderful place for anytime of year.

My family has been going to Lake of the woods resort since I was a child. To say we love this place is an understatement. Staff is top notch always friendly from check in desk to marina staff to restaurant and everywhere in between. This place is a true gem and we love coming here. This time we stayed in Cabin 5 and it was AWESOME from decor to the jetted tub it was great. Unfortunately the mattress was past its last leg. So lumpy and hard we spent our entire vacation with no sleep, we even tried to borrow blankets from another cabin to give us some padding and it was still like we were sleeping at a motel 6 not lake of the woods resort. Please management if nothing else put mattress toppers on it if you don't want to replace mattresses when they are clearly beyond their prime. I hate to even write this but for most of us the greatest amount of time we even spend in the cabin is to sleep and with the cost per night being charged it just does not sit well if you can't even sleep because the mattress is so far gone. Again I want to stress that we love this place and we will continue to be loyal customers!
Would recommend this as a must on anyone's bucket list, loved it. So awesome we lived our short visit. Pizza was the bomb.
Great cabin. Fully stocked kitchen. View of the lake. Most relaxing weekend I have had in years. Loved watching the band on Saturday night. I will be back!

Always amazing whether fishing, picnicking, hanging out with the family & friends this place is great! Ice fishing was a great time as well! Fishing year round!
Beautiful frozen lake. The best is the Restaurant there, the sliders (especially the crispy chicken sliders) are to die for.
Beautiful setting. Restaurant had good food with very friendly and efficient service. Looking forward to visiting post-pandemic.
