If you have no other place to go, and this is your absolute last option, meaning every other office in the state is closed, make sure when you pay you get a receipt and keep it. The OPC is well known for screwing over clients by telling them they owe money they claimed they never collected from you. The whole entire office is clueless, loses information and lies to you.

This is the most dysfunctional company in the county. Their office staff is unorganized, loses important information and everyone says something different. You really have to watch your bills. They never bill you the same thing twice and make up your bill as they go along and they block clients from talking to anyone about their bill.

I had a time I thought I was going to have a person do his or her job and help clear my name. But no. Call me and within maybe 2 minutes say he or she can't the job that person does. Hangs up. Just another lie to try and get money without actually listening, understand and doing the job. I dont recommend.

I went there a year ago and I was going through a rough time however I never claimed to be suicidal but they still tried to force me go to heavenwyk or see their doctor. I lied and said I had to go to work so I could leave. This year I was I decided maybe I was to quick to judge so I tried to make an appointment but they sent 10 pages of paperwork that are pretty personal and really could be discussed in therapy it’s self and then the worst part is that it’s sent to all the office staff and it made me feel mildly uncomfortable even though they may not go through it I feel like that info should only be in the hands of your therapist. Long story short I don’t recommend.
