I was referred to this company by my neighbor, who said that they were a good company with reasonable prices to pump my septic tank. I called on a Sunday and they came on Tuesday morning. Very nice, polite and friendly. They were very careful and considerate, did an extra good job, and left everything in good order and very clean. This is a good honest company. I highly recommend them.

First of all I very rarely give five star reviews but Poo-Man certainly earned it. Danny can out and gave me an estimate on replacing my drain field but since the house was built a fire hydrant was placed on my property. Now there was not enough square footage to replace the drain field to meet codes. Through Danny's many years experience he suggested that trying to jet out the lines my fix the problem of the septic backing up. The job was scheduled for a few days later and when they arrived he and his crew immediately began to work and found that a pipe had been crushed. Repairs were made and the lines jetted and cleaned. It has been six months and the septic is work as it should. Geat job great workers I highly recommend the Poo-Man.

A Rated Company! We have been having issues with our Septic for some time now and when we had a backup at 9pm at night, we called them and they moved their schedule around, knowing I had children in my house, to make here that night. I truly appreciate the kindness and cooperation they have displayed towards my family. We recently signed a contract for a new drain-field and are looking forward in getting the ball rolling, so we can put these septic issues in the past.

By the information I got form Heather (a worker in the company) ownership has changed for the part year. I used this company previously to pump out the septic tank, the issue however is that I had a contract for sale on that property that the buyer contacted poo-man to do an inspection. Poo man personal was talking trash about the property and told things that were absolutely nonsense! They said Quote \Has been to the house several times with issues. The septic tank is caved in and needs replacing. The drain field was an issue from his first visit\. When called to the company to ask about this, the lady online named Heather, was justifying this information, telling me that the buyer paid for inspection of the septic system and that they told him those things. Really we got nothing to \hide\ but I see that as a violation of several ethics and matters, 1. it has been a while since I used them and they should conduct a real inspection and NOT use past information for the straight reason that we did took care of issues if there were any without us approving that. 2. the pure fact that they can sabotage a sale deal by not doing number 1 and for no reason cause you financial damages. 3. privacy. 4. defamation. 5. unprofessional not to think about what they suppose to do. I really see that as something that goes beyond just price of using them, maybe people before using them need to consider those things. There are those that will preform an inspection, test, and give the report without talking/ writing trash.
