Katie cut my key perfectly and was teaching two other coworkers how to use the machine simultaneously. Super friendly and very fast service, they even cut it for free. I'll definitely be back for any hardware needs. These people are awesome! I was directed here from lowes because they're the only ones around that cut complex car keys. Give Katie a promotion, she's fantastic and was obviously a natural teacher/leader in the 10 minute interaction we had.

I went to this location for seed starting supplies. It is not laid out well at all, with all the lawn/garden products spread all over the place and with mislabeled aisles. I eventually found a nice gentleman to help me locate seed starting soil but when I picked up the bag it was all wet. I noticed the bags of organic potting soil were sitting right next to Roundup, and so I suggested maybe one of the jugs leaked. He said no that wasn’t possible, but when I checked I found a jug with a small leak on the bottom and it had leaked all over the shelf and the bags. I ended up with my hands and jacket covered in Roundup. Another employee let me use the restroom to wash my hands, but no attempts were made to immediately clean this up nor to help me find an alternative product. I notified the cashier staff and they did not seem concerned. I was really disappointed with how the situation was handled and also surprised that chemicals are kept literally right next to “organic” bags of soil. I ended up going to a different ace location and finding the right product with no trouble and no chemicals anywhere near.
Great local hardware store....especially for special hardware items that cant be found at the big guys. Perfect in every way except the store age and design compared to other aces. Excellent help every time. Really love the propane filling and paint recycling options here.
The owner of this store knows how to make his customers feel safe during this Pandemic. I shop at Ace often as products are readily available, even Hand Sanitizer.Employees are helpful and respectful and readily available to help.I am appreciative of how well run this store is.Thank You Ace Hardware!
Recommended incorrect part at exorbitant price (I could see the 100% markup on the screen in-store) and then refused to accommodate refund.
