very very very very very very nasty people here, they don't treat you like a human. They don't pick up phones, don't provide contacts info to their managers, really just don't want to help you period. These are some nasty people. Do not move here. Do not move here. Horrible experience

We are on stay at home by the GOVERNOR of virginia but LRPRA is riding around taking pictures of peoples houses. Yes let me go to the nearest hardware store to fix something that was made an eye sore by a tree that is NOT within my property but its long branches hit my house. Go home. Or maybe follow up when we email you numerous times about the same issues.
The falls festival was wonderful. We enjoyed it so much!
enrolled in auto pay through the lrpra and dues changed and did not change the auto pay and nevery heard anything about being in arrears for approximately 16 months and slammed late fees legal fees. When discussed the situation where incredibly unhelpful and sorry not our fault you did not pay.
Had a great time at the outdoor movie night! “The Last Jedi” may not be everyone’s favorite Star Wars movie, but I hadn’t seen it til then and it was a fun way to watch! Looking forward to the next event!
