This practice is completely unprofessional and has no concern for patients. I was supposed to have a 2 hour VA televisit with them and tried to get on 15 minutes early with no luck. I called the number provided and when I finally got in I was about 15 minutes late they had apparently logged out and was told that they could not do the full hour so they were going to charge the VA anyway for a service they did not provide. If my appointment was supposed to take 2 hours, why could they not do an hour when I was 15 minutes late due to technical issues. What an a**hole.

I love my therapist. I appreciate that they are offering telehealth therapy. They are all very professional.
I give 2 stars because of my ongoing insurance issues that I have with this office. They lack when it comes to communication as well. Issurance issues: There was a lapse in coverage so I had to pay for visits out of pocket. When I did get new insurance I requested that they submit those claims I paid for to the new insurance so I can be reimbursed. They are not billing visits correctly to the insurance after I gave them specific instructions on how to bill the visits. They asked me several times for the insurance cards which I provided numerous times to different people in their office. FYI this goes back to September and it is now January and I have received nothing. On top of that they are still telling me that my insurance hasn’t paid them anything up until today. That being said I assume I should expect a fat bill from them even though I do have insurance. I spoke with my insurance several times about this and they are not denying coverage. They advised me that they have not received any claims from the provider. Communication: I have emailed several times about my insurance issues and barely get a response. I had to email Dr. McCleary directly in order to get a fast response. They are not clear when an appointment is scheduled or canceled. There have been occasions where we show up to the office and they are closed. They do not have a protocol when their therapist is out of the office for a long period of time so my child went 3 weeks without seeing anyone and my child needs weekly therapy. Aside from those 2 issues their therapists are great. My child has been seeing the therapist for over a year now so I would hate to change therapists and have my child start all over again with someone new. I have requested to meet with Dr. McCleary to go over the visits or have a conference call with the insurance company to get this resolved.
I had an evaluation with Dr. McCleary. She was kind and made me feel understood. The staff was very friendly too. I had to call for directions and they were very nice.
I called several psychologists recommended by attorney. Dr. McCleary’s prices were very good but what was best report was done quick. Other places said 1-2 months for report.
