I have never had such horrific experience in a clinic as I did today at the Lake Ridge location. I took my mom, who I think has the flu (because she had a covid test that came out negative), there this afternoon. She was checked in and put in a waiting room to see a doctor. She sat in there for over an hour and half and started wondering why. She could see other patients who came to met her there being seen by the doctor, so she asked a nurse why she hasn't been seen. The nurse told her she didn't know why and told her that if my she wanted to leave she could leave. I mean how on earth will a nurse tell a patient that. I was in disbelief that a nurse who be so insensitive and unprofessional to tell a patient that. You'll need to do better. The worst experience ever.

Despite there being a pandemic as our backdrop, the clinic experiencing reception staff shortage, and longer-than-usual wait times... provider, support, and reception staff were still extremely friendly, helpful, and as efficient as possible.

Great experience very professional staff and fast service was in and out within 45 minutes. They sent in my prescription and when I got to pharmacy it was ready for pickup. Will definitely go again if needed.

When I visited Patient First, I felt like home, especially the front desk officer was so nice. The nurse and the doctor also takes their time to speak and explain situations to you. I commend them for good customer service.
