If you don't want your insurance company to pay for a therapist who's going to knowingly lock you out of the office and keep you in the waiting area until your session ends, I recommend you go to a different practice... cause that's what Dr. Flower did to me. He wasted my time and still charged me the full rate for the session. The owner of the practice and I talked about it, and he took no action - years later. It's a shame. Find a different practice that actually cares.

Marshall stepped far outside of what should be considered reasonable behavior, responsible behavior and possibly even best practices when she handled my situation. Completely unaccountable, didn't adhere to her own commitments and timelines, and completely screwed me and my children. I guess she was loyal to the other party who paid her fee. So much so that she contradicted the results of the tests, stepping outside of her scope saying what \she feels.\ Complete hit job for a few bucks. So much for objectivity and integrity. This individual demonstrated a complete lack of both. I'm appalled that given this type of behavior she is still allowed to practice. In my opinion, she is a complete disgrace to her profession. Ask me for details, happy to provide.
