Horrible experience this evening. Took my daughter to get her ears pierced, walked in the door at 4:55. Patiently waited at the piercing counter for 10 mins while the the employee was servicing a customer. I kindly asked the employee if I could look at the earring display while she pierced the other lady. She told me she stops doing ear piercings an hour before closing because she wouldn’t have time to clean the store before closing at 6. After leaving, I called back to confirm what time the stop ear piercings on Monday, she told me it depends on the day and where from 30-60 mins before close. I find this hard to believe as the sign in the front window says “no appointment necessary for piercings,” let alone anything in regards to stopping 30-60 mins before close. I will assume Kayla had better things to do on Sunday night, like hangout with her girlfriends. Such a bummer for my daughter who had been looking forward to it all weekend.

Problem one: we called regarding an appointment and only to find out that Julia didn’t actually put the appointment on the books for that day. Problem two was we had to wait because there was only one person on staff to work the counter and to do the ear piercings. Problem three was that the establishment wasn’t physically tolerable for the weather.

I had a terrible experience at this store with my daughter. The manager \Bria\ stepped in, took 15 minutes to correct a cashier's error, then was VERY rude, unprofessional, and verbally abusive to me and my daughter.
